Louis-Napoleon Bonaparte (1808-1873) was elected President of the French Second Republic in 1848 and, as the nephew and heir of Napoleon I, became the Emperor of the Second French Empire in 1851 as Napoleon III. Louis LeBreton (1818-1866) was a French painter who primarily painted naval subjects.
